Strategine is a professional services firm that helps organisations build accountability systems for human rights and environmental due diligence (HREDD), responsible business conduct, and sustainability oversight. References to "Strategine", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to Strategine and its team.

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily submit it through our contact form. This includes:

We also collect limited, anonymous site usage data through Umami Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool hosted on our own infrastructure. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It records page views, referrer URLs, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and approximate country derived from a partial IP address. IP addresses are not stored. This data is used solely to understand how visitors use the site and to improve its content.

Beyond Umami, we do not collect any information automatically through tracking pixels, third-party advertising networks, or fingerprinting techniques. Your browser sends standard request metadata (such as IP address and browser type) to our hosting provider as part of a normal web request; this is held briefly in server logs and not linked to you.

We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to:

Inquiries submitted through our contact form are delivered by email directly to our team inbox. We do not operate a separate database of contact form submissions. Your information is held within our email system, which is protected by standard authentication and access controls.

We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing or potential engagement, and in any case for no longer than three years from the date of submission unless a longer period is required by law or agreed with you.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. Your information is accessible only to Strategine team members who need it to respond to your inquiry.

Our website is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com), whose infrastructure processes web requests. Email delivery uses Google's Gmail infrastructure. Both providers have their own privacy and security policies governing the infrastructure layer.
